Detailed estimates are provided to our clients on a per project basis, depending on photo usage and location. Included in estimates are the photographic fee, styling fee, digital photography processing and travel expenses.
Cost sharing is an option for multiple parties interested in acquiring architectural and interior photographs of the same project. Fees for cost shares involve adding a surcharge to the estimate for multiple party use of the images. The surcharge is determined by the number of parties involved, which is added to the basic fee, then divided among the parties. Expenses for the assignment are simply divided equally among the parties. In a cost share situation a detailed estimate is provided to each of the parties participating in the shoot.
A good example of a cost sharing candidate would be a project where the architect, builder and interior designer are all interested in obtaining photography. Cost sharing is a great way to minimize the expenses associated with the production of architectural and interior design photography and is a great solution to stretching your photography budget!
